Key responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle accounting for two or more entities and supporting additional tasks related to financial reporting, internal controls, and system maintenance.About The Position:Reporting to the director of finance, the Manager, Financial reporting will be responsible for, but not limited to:Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with clear variance analysisMentor and manage a team of 3+ accountants, including performance feedback and hiring supportDeliver external reporting packages, including covenant and quarterly reporting packagesWork in collaboration with external auditors and support the year-end audit processOversee the financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow activities for 2+ entitiesMaintain and optimize the ERP system and related financial reporting toolsStreamline internal controls and accounting policies and proceduresProactively drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving processes, closing gaps,
