Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscaping and construction team. This role involves hands‑on work in outdoor environments, supporting various projects related to landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and an interest in horticulture and mechanical systems. This position offers an excellent prospect to develop skills in landscape maintenance, equipment operation, and general site upkeep within a dynamic team workplace.DutiesAssist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning.Operate equipment such as excavators, hand tools, power tools,



and irrigation systems.Support gardening and horticulture activities to promote healthy plant growth.Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation.Help with construction‑related tasks including site preparation and material handling.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety and efficiency.Support team members in executing project plans and meeting deadlines.Follow safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries.ExperiencePrior experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticulture principles is a plus.Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and tools is advantageous.Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance is beneficial.Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials is desirable.Previous work in outdoor environments or construction settings is preferred but not mandatory.A strong interest in outdoor work, landscaping, or horticulture will be highly valued.Pay: $17.85-$22.85 per hourWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
