Avana seeks a Construction Lead to support growing development initiatives. You will report directly to the Site Superintendent, focusing on the completion of multi-unit and commercial projects. Your role involves hands-on supervisory tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and budgetary limits while maintaining a protected working environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry, labor tasks,
