Detailed Job Description

Position Summary: A Ski Rental Shop Attendant is responsible for providing an excellentguest experience within the Rental Shop. This includes getting guests set upwith equipment, answering any questions they have, and general upkeep of theRental Shop gear.

Pay for this position is $18.25/hr

Major Duties& Responsibilities:

- Adjusting, maintaining, and fitting skis andsnowboards.
- Waxing skis and snowboards.
- Ensuring guests are using the proper gear fortheir size and experience.
- Processing transactions and cash handlingthrough a POS system.
- Assist the Ski Rental Shop Supervisor with thedaily operation of the Rental Shop.
- Co-operate and accept other assignments as and when required.

MinimumQualifications & Skills:

- Experience with ski hill operations, and as askier or snowboarder is an asset.
- Experience sharpening skis and fixing coreshots is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a busyenvironment.
- Customer services skills, and a can-doattitude.
