This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes, engineering documentation, and project controls. Reporting to the Project Management Department, you will act as Project Coordinator on industrial projects, overseeing them from the design phase through to completion. You will be responsible for the overall management of your assigned projects, including technical, scheduling, contractual, and financial aspects.DescriptionManaging the project throughout its entire lifecycle: studies, procurement, implementation, commissioning, and closurePlanning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of internal teams and external partnersManaging and leading the project teamServing as the primary point of contact for the client and ensuring their satisfactionEnsuring adherence to quality, cost, schedule, and performance objectivesEnsure sound contractual and financial management of projectsIdentify, anticipate, and mitigate technical, contractual,



and scheduling risksProvide regular reporting to project managementInvolved in the pre-sales phase by participating in client needs analysis meetings, technical and financial estimates, and proposal developmentProject AdministrationMaintain project documentation including correspondence, meeting minutes, schedules, and logsPrepare and distribute agendas, action items, and progress reportsTrack deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones to support the project managerDesign & Engineering SupportAssist with managing drawings, specifications, and technical submittalsCoordinate design review cycles, comment resolution, and version controlSupport engineering teams with document formatting, transmittals, and quality checksConstruction CoordinationTrack RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change requestsSupport field teams by organizing site photos, daily reports, and inspection recordsHelp maintain project logs for safety, quality, and progress trackingProcurement & Vendor CoordinationAssist with issuing RFQs, collecting vendor quotes, and preparing comparison summariesTrack purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material approvalsMaintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely responsesFinancial & Contract SupportSupport cost tracking, invoice processing, and budget updatesAssist with preparing change order documentation and contract amendmentsMaintain logs for commitments, expenditures, and forecastsRequirementsAuthorization to work in CanadaIs qualified to pass a security screeningDiploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldP. Eng. Certification in Ontario or QuebecPMPAdditional training in project management (e.G., CAPM, PMP coursework) is an asset2–5 years in construction, engineering, architecture, or project deliveryExperience supporting multidisciplinary teams (designers, engineers,



contractors)Experience coordinating activities on active construction sites is a strong assetExposure to both office and field environments is an assetStrong communication and coordination abilitiesHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentProblem‑solving mindset with a proactive approachSkillsStrong technical background in an industrial environment, ideally in the process industryAbility to work on and coordinate multidisciplinary projectsAutonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to manage, unite, and coordinate multidisciplinary teamsExcellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach.
