We are a family of four with two young daughters. My husband is a pastor and we are looking for a caring, dependable sitter. Ideally looking for someone with Christian beliefs and values. Mostly for support while we are home so we can get cleaning/cooking done. We may occasionally need care for a date night, church event, or work commitment, but those situations would depend on building trust and comfort over time. Our oldest daughter has only ever been cared for by two close family friends, and our youngest has only been left with her dad a handful of times and has never been cared for by anyone else. Because of this, finding the right fit and building a relationship gradually is very significant to us. One of our biggest goals right now is creating and maintaining consistent routines for our children.
