You'll work alongside our Controller, handling core accounting functions including payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations. You'll receive thorough training and support as you get up to speed, with increasing autonomy as you demonstrate proficiency. What You'll Do: Payroll processing (semi-monthly)



Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Bank and credit card reconciliations Month-end reporting Supporting budgeting and cash flow tracking What You Bring: Required: 5+ years of bookkeeping experience Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (not QuickBooks Online) Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Strong PowerPoint skills for financial presentations Sharp problem-solving skills—you think on your feet Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to Have: College diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Bookkeeping certification (CPB) or accounting designation (CPA, CGA) Experience in a professional services, agency, or marketing setting Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems What We Offer: $60,000 base + up to 10% performance bonus Health benefits + 2 weeks vacation Hybrid work model (North York office + remote flexibility) Collaborative team that values individuality Modern tech stack including AI tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
