Job DescriptionThe Maintenance/Yard Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall safety of the marina yard, storage areas, and facility buildings. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by assisting across departments and ensuring the property remains well‑maintained, efficient, and presentable. The position focuses primarily on general upkeep, coordination, and hands‑on support, with minimal equipment operation. This is a full‑time, seasonal role.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all garbage and debris are regularly removed from the propertyPerform lawn care duties, including grass cutting, trimming, and general groundskeepingMaintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, storage areas, and shop buildingsAssist with general yard tasks such as moving materials, organizing inventory, and supporting team membersSupport dryland and service teams with boat handling and preparation as required (limited equipment use)Ensure all walkways, workspaces, and storage areas remain safe, clear, and hazard‑freePerform routine property maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeepAssist with loading and unloading materials and deliveriesParticipate in daily morning meetings as requiredCommunicate effectively with team members,



including the Service Coordinator and ManagementMonitor yard conditions and report any maintenance, safety, or security concernsAssist in maintaining and enforcing cleanliness and safety standards across the propertySupport seasonal operations such as winterization, yard reorganization, and general facility upkeepRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in maintenance, yard work, or general labor is an assetBasic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general maintenance practicesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to take direction and work independently when neededStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual laborComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the dayFull‑time hours, 40 hours per week.
