reporting to the Manager, Real Estate Asset Management.Based in Montreal, this role will be a key member of the Real Estate Operations team and will contribute to driving occupancy performance during the student housing leasing cycle while gaining exposure to operations, asset management, and investment functions across the platform.This role is part of the FREE Program (Forum Real Estate Excellence), a structured contract designed to accelerate early‑career talent through hands‑on experience and cross‑functional exposure. Your duties and responsibilities will evolve over the term of the program based on business needs and performance.You will be expected to work on‑site at assigned properties or project locations.
