This position, available from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, requires a dependable individual to keep our buildings clean and functional. Your responsibilities will include regular cleaning tasks, restroom maintenance, and trash removal, all while contributing to a safe workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning duties throughout assigned buildings
• Dispose of trash and recyclables efficiently
• Ensure restroom facilities are clean and stocked
• Wash windows and interior surfaces regularly
• Transparent snow and debris from entrances and paths
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• Proven experience in custodial work and maintenance
• Valid New York State driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and follow safety guidelines
• Proficient in computer-based documentation tasks
