In this role, you will lead product design for our innovative B2B platform, prioritizing user needs and operational workflows. Collaborate with product management and engineering to create intuitive interfaces that facilitate care for clients across over 20 countries. Key Responsibilities: • Understand user needs through interviews and product data • Design user journeys, information architecture,



and prototypes • Create dashboards and settings for different user permissions • Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency • Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback

Requirements: • 3+ years in enterprise or B2B product design • Proficient in Figma, wireframes, and UI design • Experience with accessibility standards, WCAG 2.1 AA • Solid communication skills for stakeholder collaboration • Based in Ontario, Canada, in a hybrid setting
