We help our clients identify and meet their US tax compliance obligations and navigate cross‑border taxation issues. You will be offered excellent opportunities for training, learning and career advancement.Your key responsibilitiesSenior Tax Staff in our U.S. Tax practice participate in and supervise multiple and challenging tax engagements and contribute to the delivery of compliance services and innovative tax planning ideas for our diverse clients.Core elements of the roleApply a strong understanding of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax to support tax compliance and reporting engagementsPrepare and review U.S. corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clientsPrepare and review U.S. income tax provisions for public and private companiesResearch U.S. federal and state tax issues, including cross‑border matters, and draft transparent, practical technical memorandaDevelop thoughtful, practical tax planning recommendations and implementation approachesExercise sound professional judgement in complex and technical areasBuild and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clientsIdentify opportunities to enhance client service and support additional tax planning initiativesLeverage technology to improve efficiency, accuracy and quality of workParticipate in national initiativesEncourage communication and effectively supervise team membersParticipate in recruiting efforts when necessaryContribute to a flexible,
