This full-time Casa educator role involves planning a curriculum for small groups while ensuring safety and engagement during ferry commutes. Strong collaboration with a dedicated teaching team and explicit communication with parents are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan educational activities for children 2 to 3 years old
• Supervise children during their ferry journey
• Maintain the required 8 to 1 educator-to-child ratio
• Work collaboratively with parents and staff
• Integrate Montessori and nature into daily learning
Requirements:
• RECE or MACTE-accredited Montessori diploma
• Understanding of Ministry of Education standards
• Standard First Aid level C certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check and immunization proof
• Prior experience in early childhood settings preferred
