Refrigeration Mechanic 313AWe are currently seeking motivated and experienced Refrigeration Mechanic 313A to join our team for a large food processing company located in Etobicoke.Pay: $45.75/hrPension after 3 months (2% company match)Health and Dental benefits after 3 monthsUnionized (SEIU, Local 2)Shift 7am-3:30pmShift Times: Days 6am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday, (some weekends and overtime required)Main Duties:Refrigeration system installation as per applicable codesHot gas and TX valve adjustmentsRefrigeration system troubleshooting & repairsUnderstanding of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing PracticesCommunicate refrigeration issues and solutions with associatesUnderstands programmable controls and is computer literateTroubleshooting Rooftop Air Conditioning heating units and BoilersPerforms all repairs, develops and carries out preventative maintenance inspections, follows preventative maintenance schedule to sustain optimal performance of equipment and minimize downtime and costs in compliance with HACCP rules, JSA’s, SOP’s and other requirements.Responsible for completing a work schedule in cooperation with departments and Maintenance & Production SupervisorsActs as liaison for contractors conducting repairs in the plantEnsures that all required documentation is completed correctly and on-time (e.G., Daily Time Sheets,
