The Analyst will provide specialized business application and system management guidance and support for learning management systems (SumTotal and Thrive). Responsibilities include requirements gathering throughout the application lifecycle, business testing, and supporting business process documentation and user support of the application.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements, perform business testing, and support business process documentation.Provide user support for learning management systems (SumTotal, Thrive, Degreed).Plan and execute System Integration Tests (SIT), Business Acceptance Tests (BAT),
