Maintain and operate equipment for screw pile installation Comply with Company and Client safety rules and OH&S; standards Demonstrate protected operating procedures Participate in daily equipment maintenance and cleaning, including greasing, hydraulic inspections, and shoveling tracks Load and unload materials and pipe Utilize equipment attachments including grapple, pallet forks, jib, and bucket Complete pre-job equipment inspections Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings Perform other duties as assigned Report to the Construction Manager Travel to sites as needed Requirements

Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License Experience operating John Deere Excavators and Link-Belt Excavators with Helical/Screw Piling Drive heads Experience operating a wheel loader, skid steer,



and pipe grapple Experience towing trailers Experience operating an excavator for earthwork projects considered an asset Ability to read and communicate specifications from detailed plans and drawings CSO Ground Disturbance Level 2 Must be physically able to lift 50lb Ability to work alone and as part of a team Organized and self-motivated Pre-employment alcohol and drug testing is a condition of employment Core Competencies
