Tim Hortons in Englehart, Ontario is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations at their location on 141 4th Avenue.

Work Setting:

Food service establishment

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Maintain professionalism in customer service

Supervision:

Staff in various areas of responsibility

Work Conditions:

Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, physically demanding

Requirements:

- Education: Secondary (high)



school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication
- Flexibility, team player, initiative
- Available for shift or on-call work

Employment Terms:

Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend; Overtime available

Salary:

$18.00/hour, 30 to 40 hours per week
