The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, supervise installation and service work, and ensure all residential heat pump projects meet provincial standards and company expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and approve electrical installations, repairs, and maintenancePull and manage permits and ensure all electrical work complies with the Provincial and Federal Electric Safety RequirementsProvide technical guidance, supervision, and mentoring to electricians and apprenticesReview and approve electrical permits, inspections, and documentationTroubleshoot electrical issues and support complex project workCollaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to support job planning and executionMaintain accurate job records, reports, and compliance documentationParticipate in estimating, quoting,
