Make a difference in nutritional care at Park Place as a Dietitian. This contracted position focuses on developing and monitoring dietary plans for residents.
You will be a key member of the care team, conducting thorough assessments and counseling residents on their nutritional needs. Working with the Food Services Manager, you will ensure menus meet all necessary standards, while also providing essential education to team members regarding dietary issues. Your role includes approving food menus and observing food quality for resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular nutritional assessments for residents • Approve menus and plan therapeutic diets • Monitor dietary supplement use and effectiveness • Document relevant progress notes and assessments • Lead initiatives for quality improvement in nutrition
Requirements: • University degree in Food and Nutrition • Previous related experience is an asset • Robust written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative teamwork capabilities • Aptitude for physical demands of the role
