As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You’ll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

- * Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- * Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.




- * Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- * Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- * Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, secure, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

- * Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
- * Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
- * Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
- * British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
- * All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Qualifications/Experience

- * Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- * Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
- * Ability to support outstanding client service.
