Join us to empower clients to become strategic business partners, manage risk, and unlock new levels of financial and operational excellence.Recruiting for this role ends on 3/31/26Work you’ll doPerforming an assessment of current state Controllership processes, identifying pain points and gaps to desired target state and leading practice, and preparing roadmaps for transformationDeveloping solution hypothesis for challenges and pain points identified using the people, process, technology, and governance leversApplying relevant specialized accounting, regulatory or compliance standardsDeploying improvements to finance data model, cost transparency, financial close and consolidation, financial operations and reportingDelivering work using leading edge tooling and acceleratorsManaging day-to-day relationshipsGenerating innovative ideas to challenge the status quo and improve our delivery methodsParticipating in engagement planning and budgeting; defining the workproduct structure and content; managing engagement economics,



engagement risk and engagement timelineContributing to the proposal development processEngaging in recruiting and retention activitiesThe TeamOur Controllership and Treasury Transformation offering modernizes the finance function to align with the evolving business objectives of organizations. We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an productive, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. This empowers our clients to deliver greater value to their business partners and investors.QualificationsRequired:4+ years of technical or advisory-related experience in entity and enterprise accounting, finance transformation, technical and/or operational accounting, financial planning and analysis and cost accounting.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Risk Management, Economics or related field.CPA, CIA, CFA, CA, CCA, CMA, CAIA or FRM certification, or working towards achieving one of these certifications.Experience delivering work with automation (e.G., building Alteryx workflows, leveraging M365 copilot)Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC rules and regulationsProficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship,
