The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting civil water and wastewater projects across Ontario.As a Project Coordinator in our Civil division, you will support our Project Managers in delivering heavy civil and industrial-type projects. You will handle documentation, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling, and gain exposure to contract types such as Design‑Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management. Your key responsibility is to help ensure projects are delivered profitably, to spec, with high quality and a solid focus on site safety.ResponsibilitiesParticipate on heavy civil and industrial type projectsAssist in preparing budgets and construction schedules, setting up project administration filesInitiate and maintain correspondence with owner, architect, engineers, sub‑trades and suppliers under direction of the Project ManagerObtain quotations and assist in selecting suppliers and sub‑tradesClarify scope of work with sub‑trades and suppliersDevelop successful relationships with current and prospective clients, consultants,
