The UBC BioProducts Institute seeks a Technical Analyst to facilitate research and development in sustainable bio-based materials. This role integrates technical and analytical skills to support projects under the Accelerating Technology Readiness program. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to projects that enhance low-carbon product pathways and bioproduct innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Techno-Economic Analyses for bioproduct development
• Define project scopes, schedules, and objectives
• Assist in high-level technical reviews to identify risks




• Collaborate with researchers in advancing bio-based technologies
• Create graphic materials to present research findings
Requirements:
• High school diploma with two years relevant experience
• Preference for a degree in Science or Engineering
• Experience in a chemical laboratory is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
