Electronics Engineering Tech D-CyclotronReq ID:217367Location:Central Zone, Victoria Building - QEIIDepartment:DI PET CT Operating/CyclotronType of Employment:Permanent Hourly FT (100%) x 1Union:NSGEU Support PositionPosting Closing Date:2-Jun-26About the OpportunityThe Electronics Technologist collaborates with the Cyclotron Team Lead, Radiochemistry Laboratory Technologists, and external contractors as part of the maintenance team for the Cyclotron Facility. The Technologist is responsible for electronics associated with machine repair, preventative maintenance, maintaining parts inventory, GMP documentation, IT related support, and operating the cyclotron. Participates in coordinating workflow, preventative maintenance schedules, and prioritization, in addition to mentorship of junior staff.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:Graduate of a two-year course in Electronics Engineering Technology (accredited diploma) requiredMust be registered or eligible to be registered with TechNova as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) within two (2) years of hireMinimum 5 years of linear accelerator experience with a combination of IT or x-ray imaging equipment maintenanceMust have working knowledge, safety,
