This full‑time, permanent position requires continuous collaboration with financial security advisors, brokers, and MGAs to support our savings, investment, life, health, and disability insurance products and related sales tools.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide front‑line support to financial security advisors, brokers, and MGAs regarding Beneva’s savings and investment products, investment funds, life and health products, and disability insurance.Offer technical and practical assistance on sales tools including Fundserv, Mobile Office, Advisor Center, and electronic applications.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of sales tool usage and upgrades to best support partners and agents.Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication between sales partners and head office.Provide overflow backup to all inbound queues, including Client Services lines.Remain highly committed to customer satisfaction, retention,



and loyalty of existing customers while promoting value‑added products and services.Meet and exceed call center targets and objectives, including call quality and handle time.Troubleshoot and gather information from customers to identify root causes of dissatisfaction, diffuse frustration, and determine appropriate actions.Participate actively in departmental transformation and improvement projects, proposing suggestions to enhance productivity and efficiency.Perform other related tasks as required.Experience / RequirementsMinimum College Diploma or University Degree.Minimum 3–5 years of customer service and/or sales and/or call center experience.Excellent customer service skills (active listening, understanding, and responding).Industry experience with savings and investments and life and disability insurance.Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to new systems and procedures.Robust problem‑solving skills.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills—both written and verbal—to deliver exceptional service.Ability to multi‑task, acquire information quickly, and be proactive and accountable.Required to work shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm EST based on business needs.Equal Opportunity StatementBeneva is an equal opportunity employer; we encourage applications from Women, persons with disabilities, Indigenous people, and visible and ethnic minorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
