Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Full time Dispatcher to join our client's team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of dispatch experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate daily operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily driver and delivery schedules.
Dispatch drivers and assign routes based on operational requirements.
Monitor driver progress and provide updates as required.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding schedules, delays, and changes.
Handle last-minute changes, delays, and operational issues effectively.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Track shipments, deliveries, and driver activities.
Ensure all deliveries and pickups are coordinated efficiently and on time.
Respond promptly to customer and driver inquiries.
Assist with resolving transportation and delivery-related issues.




Follow company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
Perform other dispatch and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in a dispatcher or transportation coordination role.
Strong knowledge of dispatching, routing, and transportation operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with computers and dispatch/transportation software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
