Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of comprehensive asset management plans
Identify and pursue business growth opportunities
Advise municipal staff on investment strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Engage with community stakeholders including Indigenous communities
Requirements:
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
Skilled Engineer (P. Eng.) designation in Ontario
8–10 years focused on municipal infrastructure
Proven client relationship management skills
Knowledge of Ontario asset management regulations
