Key Responsibilities:
Implement nursing procedures based on established policies
Notify physicians of any changes in resident status




Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet care needs
Provide guidance to Personal Support Workers on duties
Participate in team communication for care updates

Requirements:
Solid knowledge of long-term care and rehabilitation nursing
Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario
Familiarity with legislative regulations governing healthcare
Proficient in liaising with health care professionals
