GENERAL MAINTENANCE/CUSTODIAN

We are one of the largest property management companies located in the Region of Durham and Kawartha Lakes and we are looking for experinece maintenance to fill one opening within our company.

You MUST have experience in paiting, drywalling, small repairs for toilets (changing flush valves) sinks (changing cartridges), to full installation of ceramic floors, laminate floors, recent toilets, new sinks new counters, new cupboards, fixing screen doors, closet doors, small plumbing and small electrical. Knowledge of residential rental units and 24-hour notice would be an asset.

You will be required to carry your own cell phone, small tools bag, and use of your own vehicle while working. All major tools and supplies will be provided.





The successful candidate will be interacting with individuals of all ages and must provide a mature, courteous and positive attitude at all times.
