Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment and Packaging Associate, where you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely order processing within our warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders. Packing coffee bags and instant packs for our inventory and retail shelves. Responsibilities
Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders and ship them in a timely manner
Pack products securely and accurately, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment
Maintain organized storage areas, conduct inventory counts, and assist with warehouse distribution tasks

Experience




Prior experience working in a warehouse setting with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, order picking, packing, and shipping procedures
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving protocols and inventory control practices
Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory counts and order processing
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
