Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our quick-paced team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming workplace for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and supporting overall restaurant operations to deliver a memorable dining experience. Breakfast experience is preferred. Candidate must be available to work every day and ready to start immediately.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, and relay them to kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed during food handling and serving
Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards
Provide guest services that promote guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of the food industry best practices
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering functions
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change making, and cash handling
Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
