Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes
Supervise and support kitchen staff, including junior cooks and kitchen helpers, to maintain smooth operations
Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Oversee food safety practices, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature controls
Support restaurant management with daily operations, including inventory checks and ordering supplies
Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, organization,



and efficiency within the kitchen workplace
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service flow and enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications
Proven experience as a sous-chef or kitchen helper within a busy restaurant or food service setting
Solid background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Demonstrated supervising experience and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Experience in Asian Cuisine is a plus
