Shift: Day Shift-· Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm & Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Core Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily work for CNC machinists/operators on 3 and 4-axis CNC vertical milling machines.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC vertical milling machines to support production schedules.
Review drawings, programs, tooling, fixtures, setup sheets, and job requirements before assigning or beginning work.
Provide hands-on support with setups, offsets, tooling, fixtures, program edits, and machining methods.
Set, modify, and grind cutting tools; adjust feeds, speeds, and machining parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
Monitor workflow, machine utilization, first-off approvals, and in-process inspections to ensure production priorities are met.
Inspect parts, verify tolerances, and interpret blueprints, critical dimensions, and GD&T; requirements.
Train and mentor machinists/operators on secure work practices, setup standards, inspection methods, and efficient machining techniques.




Escalate machining, quality, tooling, fixture, programming, or maintenance concerns when required.
Maintain safe machine operation and a clean, organized work area.
Deburr and prepare parts for loading and after unloading as required.
All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years' experience required.
Certificate of qualification, college degree or other training in CNC machining an asset.
Fanuc or Haas experience a must.
Familiarity with Mastercam preferred.
Previous aerospace experience preferred.
Previous job shop experience preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$43.00 per hour
