About the Role

Kind Vibe Kids is hiring an energetic and reliable After-School Coach for our outdoor trail walking and running program. This is an active, nature-based program focused on outdoor athletics, movement, and positive mentorship for children.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being active outdoors, loves working with kids, and can lead by example with a positive, upbeat attitude every day.

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise children during after-school trail walks and runs
Create a safe, encouraging, and fun outdoor environment
Model positive behaviour, teamwork, and a healthy, active lifestyle
Support children in building confidence, resilience, and a love of movement
Take initiative and help the program run smoothly each afternoon

A natural mentor who leads by example
Flexible, hardworking, and takes initiative
Someone who truly enjoys working with children

Requirements
18 years of age or older




Valid CPR-C + AED certification (or willingness to obtain at your own cost — we can provide information on where to complete it)
Explicit criminal background check / vulnerable sector screening
No previous experience working with children required
ECE certification is not required

We run nature-based, electronic-free outdoor programs that help children build confidence, stay active, and connect with the outdoors through walking, running, and positive mentorship.
