Available Shifts:
Afternoon Shift: 12 pm to 9 pm (Weekend)

We are currently hiring Event Staff in Kingston, ON. The successful candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and flexible with their availability.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup and tear down, including tables, chairs, signage, equipment, and event materials.
Welcome and direct guests while providing friendly and skilled customer service.
Assist with registration, check-in, ticket scanning, and distributing event materials.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment throughout the event.
Support food and beverage service as required.
Monitor event areas and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Assist guests with general questions and provide directions within the venue.
Help with crowd management and ensure guests follow event guidelines.
Move and arrange event supplies, boxes,



tables, and other materials as required.
Perform other general event-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or general labour experience is an asset.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move event materials as required.
