Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair procedures clearly and provide accurate estimates for labor and parts costs
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, services performed,



and follow-up actions
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

Qualifications
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to effectively communicate technical information
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to upsell services confidently while prioritizing customer needs
Experience with automotive repair processes and terminology
Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial transactions
Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
