Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join our Farm Drainage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and tractors, to support the install of Drain Tile. This role requires mechanical knowledge, experience with heavy machinery, and a solid commitment to safety and efficiency on the job site. The Excavator Operator will play a critical role in the install of an Agricultural Drainage System.

Responsibilities
Operate excavators and other heavy machinery including dozers and tractors, with precision and safety.
Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and site clearing activities according to project specifications.




Install specific fittings used in the connection of the system underground.

Experience
Proven experience operating excavators, and other heavy machinery in a construction setting.
Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
Experience with Cat controls is necessary.
Valid commercial driver’s license is a plus for transporting equipment between sites.
Prior experience in heavy equipment operation is required

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
