About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Skilled Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, a current First Aid ticket, and experience operating a telehandler and/or other construction equipment.

This is a great chance for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a crew.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of skilled construction and general labour tasks
Safely operate telehandlers and other construction machinery as qualified
Assist with material handling, site preparation, demolition, installation, and cleanup
Read and follow job plans, instructions, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
Work cooperatively with supervisors and other crew members
Perform physically demanding work, including lifting and working outdoors
Follow all company and WorkSafeBC safety requirements

Qualifications
Previous construction experience required




Current First Aid ticket required
Telehandler ticket/certification strongly preferred
Experience or tickets for other construction equipment are an asset
Valid driver's licence is an asset
Strong understanding of workplace safety
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical condition and able to perform manual labour
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
