Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide explicit directions or assistance as needed
Support event setup and breakdown, including organizing equipment, signage, and supplies
Assist with guest services by answering questions, guiding attendees, and ensuring a positive experience
Manage registration or ticketing processes, including cash handling when applicable
Support food service operations by helping serve food and beverages in a courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the event duration
Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any incidents or concerns promptly





Qualifications
Experience working with children or in environments that require engaging with diverse audiences is preferred
Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is advantageous
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Food service experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food safety standards
Reliable, energetic, and able to stand or walk for extended periods during events
