Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life by:
Process, package, and label cannabis products according to Health Canada and company standards.
Prepare production materials and ensure packaging, labels, and documentation are accurate.
Complete production forms, data entry, and batch records accurately.
Follow SOPs, Positive Production Practices (GPP), and all safety procedures.
Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain a secure, organized, audit-ready workspace.
Wear required PPE and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Perform other production and quality-related duties as required.





Experience:
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
Comfortable wearing masks, respirators, and hearing protection.
Flexible to work overtime when required.
Previous production or cannabis experience is an asset.
Knowledge of GPP, GMP, or GAP is an asset.
Must be able to read and write English clearly and accurately.
Background check required.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
