Production Worker – Straight Midnight Shift

IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Production Workers in Colborne, ON to support daily manufacturing operations with a well-established automotive manufacturing client.

This is a straight midnight shift position ideal for reliable, safety-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.

What You'll Do
Assemble, inspect, and package automotive components
Operate basic production equipment
Perform visual quality inspections
Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and secure work area
Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality targets
Support other manufacturing duties as required

What We're Looking For
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Good manual dexterity
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as required




Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to complete a Criminal Background Check

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience
Forklift experience is an asset
Mechanically inclined
Reliable and punctual
Team-oriented

Swing Shift - Weekly Rotation

8 AM - 4 PM

4 PM - 12 PM

or

Straight Midnights:
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
