Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is looking for a friendly, dependable, quick-thinking Front of House Lead to join our Essex team.

This is a hands-on position. You will be serving guests while managing the Front of House floor, supporting the team, making decisions during service, and helping train and coach new hires.

What You’ll Do

· Serve guests and manage your own tables

· Manage the Front of House floor while serving

· Keep service organized and moving efficiently

· Support and direct FOH team members throughout the shift

· Make quick decisions and solve problems as they arise





· Handle guest concerns professionally

· Train and coach recent hires

· Help maintain strong service standards, cleanliness, and organization

· Communicate with the kitchen and management

· Lead by example and step in wherever the team needs support

Experience

Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer-service, or leadership experience is preferred and considered an asset — but it is not required.

Availability

Weekend availability is MANDATORY.
Statutory holiday availability is MANDATORY.

Applicants must be available to regularly work Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays as scheduled.
