Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a supportive and secure presence on-site
Proactively manage and de-escalate aggressive situations
Implement trauma-informed safety measures and practices

Requirements:
BC Security Guard License and OFA Level II Certification required
Proven experience with Advanced Security Training
Knowledge from the Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum
Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
Physically fit to carry out security duties
