Duties
Measure, cut, and assemble upholstery materials using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fitting and finishing
Operate woodworking machinery, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, and other manufacturing equipment to craft frames and support structures
Apply foam padding, fabric, leather, or other coverings onto furniture frames with accuracy and care
Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards throughout the production process
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely to facilitate assembly and transportation within the warehouse or workshop
Maintain a clean,



organized workspace by properly handling waste materials and ensuring all tools are stored correctly after use
Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring timely completion of projects

Experience
Proven experience in upholstery work within a manufacturing or construction workplace
Skilled in woodworking, machining, or carpentry with a solid understanding of mechanical principles
Familiarity with CNC machinery, power tools, hand tools, and their safe operation
Warehouse experience including heavy lifting, material handling, and inventory management preferred
Knowledge of construction techniques related to furniture or custom builds is a plus
Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints for accurate assembly and upholstery placement
Robust mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience in manufacturing processes

Pay: $22.00-$32.92 per hour
