Located in Calgary or Edmonton, you will lead thorough investigations for Advanced Education Special Investigations. Drawing on a minimum of four years of experience, you will analyze evidence, prepare court materials, and guide other investigators, ensuring accountability across the education sector.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining public trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct complex investigations involving fraud and identity theft
Collect and present evidence for legal processes
Draft comprehensive reports to criminal court standards
Mentor investigators and align with stakeholders
Inform and improve educational policy and risk factors
Requirements:
Degree in Law, Criminology, or similar
At least four years in investigative roles
Eligible for appointment as a Peace Officer
Advanced reporting and communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
