Duties
Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, following established recipes and quality standards
Cook pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, ensuring consistent texture and flavor
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment
Handle food safely by adhering to proper sanitation procedures and food safety regulations
Assist with food service by efficiently delivering hot, fresh pizzas to customers or servers
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking




Support meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant setting, preferably within the food industry or pizzeria environment
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure quality
Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and prep tools safely and effectively
Solid understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations in a fast-paced restaurant atmosphere
Excellent attention to detail to ensure each pizza meets presentation and taste standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prior experience with meal preparation or kitchen experience is highly desirable
