Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented mixer in the for processing industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that ingredients are accurately mixed and processed according to established recipes and safety standards. This position requires a solid understanding of food safety practices, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Operate mixing equipment to combine ingredients according to specified recipes.
Ensure all mixing processes adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
Monitor the mixing process for consistency and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
Sanitate all equipment and work areas regularly to maintain a clean and secure environment.
Package finished products for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and quality control.
Assist in fabricating new mixing setups or adjustments as needed for different recipes.
Maintain accurate records of production batches, including ingredient amounts and processing times.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise.

Skills




Experience in the food industry is preferred, with a solid understanding of food safety practices.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
Knowledge of food processing techniques and equipment operation.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Forklift operation experience is a plus for managing ingredient inventory.
Ability to fabricate equipment setups as required for various mixing processes.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
