The Role

We are currently seeking a 3rd year, 4th year, or Journeyperson electrician with recent residential experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, requiring an on-site presence in Spruce Grove and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
Rough-in and finishing work on custom residential homes
Interpreting plans, layouts, and specifications
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
Communicating effectively with builders, homeowners, and team members
Supporting apprentices and contributing to a positive team culture

Required Experience
Registered 3rd year, 4th year apprentice, or Journeyperson Electrician
Demonstrated residential construction experience is required




Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, qualified, and quality-focused
