Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding and selecting clothing, footwear and accessories that suit their style and preferences.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, handle cash and electronic payments confidently, and issue receipts
Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are fully stocked with attractive presentations
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Collaborate with team members to uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols,



and overall organization

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Experience in retail sales or cashiering with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced environment
Familiarity with social media for online advertising is advantageous
