Riverbend Physiotherapy & Neuro Rehab Clinic is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you’ll deliver personalized, evidence-based massage therapy treatments while working alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in a supportive, collaborative setting. If you’re energetic, client-focused, and committed to high-quality care, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule Requirement:
Minimum 3 shifts per week - Contract

Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
Perform thorough patient assessments, including symptom review, medical history, and treatment goals
Deliver treatments such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques
Educate clients on self-care strategies and recommend ongoing treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes and client records
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable treatment environment following clinic protocols
Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare providers as needed
Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development





Qualifications & Experience
Registered Massage Therapist with valid provincial license/certification
At least 1 year of experience
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and relevant medical terminology
Hands-on experience with a variety of massage techniques (deep tissue, trigger point, etc.)
Excellent client service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical workplace
Experience with pain management and patient assessments preferred
Familiarity with Jane App and direct billing is considered an asset, but is not required
